I am planning to talk to some local chefs with a view to publishing the interviews on YouTube. The idea is to help drive traffic to my Southern Traditional Foods web site as well as associate sales of kitchen gadgets or cook books that they recommend.
Below are my ideas for the format of the interview plus some questions to get the conversation started.
I’d appreciate feedback on the idea as well as suggestions for other formats and questions.
