Hi, I've nearly finished developing my web application. However, I'm not sure how to create the 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy' sections. I can't really afford to pay someone to do it for me. Are there any places where I can get these for free and customize it? I don't know how legally binding they are, but I'd like to have them on the site as it's a place of business. I'm not selling anything, so revenue is only generated from adverts. Any recommendations on what to do regarding these? Thanks

If you want them to be enforceable you should see an attorney that specializes in this kind of thing. A quick search shows a couple of interesting links that may be helpful.

Thanks for the links. I don't mind paying for a lawyer later on (to revise the T&C when/if the site grows in size). But at launch, I'm running on a very low budget. – Gala Dec 22 at 18:28
