I would like to find out the best way to segment my customers/visitors according to their knowledge on the subjects I am talking about on my blog. What I want to avoid is leaving behind people because they are not yet knowledgeable enough to understand what I am talking about. How should I do that?

I think surveys are a good option to know what is your visitor’s knowledge level regarding your subject. You are also able to figure that out by your Google Analytics since that would show up which are the most popular/visited posts and we can assume that if they go to the easiest to understand ones, that is because they don´t know much about that yet. So keep it simple, and also think about videos and audio as a good possibility.
