Companies spend tons of money on advertising and branding, but sometimes forget the inside out branding; actually I forgot it myself, because I’ve heard of it a few days ago. What I’m looking now is to apply it, so I’d like to know a little bit more, so whatever info you can provide it will be great.

Truth is marketing starts from the inside out. It is important that your employees are informed and involved in new initiatives and strategies that are taking place within your company. If your staff is unable or unwilling to support your marketing efforts it can have detrimental results.
