Management practices are not always so flexible at existing companies. In fact, some of their methods can still be pretty traditional. How can companies improve their management with digital/online tools as cloud services like Google Docs and many more out there? Which ones would you mention as the most useful for project management?

I´d say that it will depend on the kind of business you´re running. What is for sure is that practices and methods have to change and be flexible enough to adapt to new technologies and be more effective. Google Docs is great. I also recommend Basecamp for project management. You can read more about cloud computing on Wikipedia!

At our company we use Skype heavily to communicate. I highly recommend it. Also take a look at Google's suite of offerings for getting stuff done.

Another great option for project management is Intervals. It's an app we built to help small businesses manage their business productivity in the cloud.
