I need to hire a marketing agency to manage my campaigns. I don’t trust too much on small agencies experience and I can’t afford what the most recognized are charging.

However, I would think it twice if some of them offer to work on my campaigns and charge me according to results/performance.

Would you recommend any agency working on this basis? Would you say any freelance marketing expert would work on this basis?

Have you tried Opie Network? I think is one of the most popular on pay per performance marketing.
