If you see that their a website where they have literally copied your entire site’s content, what legal action can you take? Is suing them an option? Our lawyer is studying the case and they’re not complying.

Site content is typically considered to be Intellectual Property of the author (assuming that it is original content). If they are copying content word for word it very much sounds like they are guilty of copyright infringement here.

Unless you can prove and document monetary loss sustained by your business as a direct result their infringement, the most you can do is have your lawyer send a "Cease and Desist" letter. You can threaten to take them to court for failing to comply, however I'm not sure in a case where no monetary damages are found to be had that a judge will take time to enforce it.

At the very least, you might be able to strike up a compromise where they can display the copy on their site, provided that they cite you as the original author and provide a direct link to your site.

I’m not sure if there’s a law about copying content, but your lawyer should research the issue and see if you can sue or what’s the legal action to take. I believe you should track them down and find their host and shut them down. Besides, do you have a privacy policy that mentions the copying issue?
