Scott, can you provide me some advices on how to start building my list/community around my blog? I have already set it up and start uploading content. How can I start attracting my niche? What should I do after I have my first subscriber? What can I do to keep them coming?

I realize this is very Cliche, but social networking is still a very powerful tool. Get into like minded forums, twitter pages, facebook groups etc. Have something relevant to say... keep your peers wanting more from you. It will attract them to you.

Also, keeping your content fresh is important... a stale blog quickly becomes obsolete.
