I would like to know which providers you recommend for email and sms marketing since the ones I have tried didn’t really work for me. Thank you.

I suggest trying http://whichesp.com/findesp tick "SMS Delivery" and press search, That should give you a list of ESP's that also do SMS. Let me know if that helps ;)

That´s ok something similar happened to me with a provider once. I personally use Clickatell for my mobile use and it works perfectly. All you have to know is a bit of programming but that´s it. Textmarks also works. And for email I recommend Vertical Response and Constant Connections they work pretty well also.
