Is it possible to run a successful campaign if you don’t have the needing capital to make it as you have expected? Which will always be the basic aspects to bear in mind on any marketing campaign?

The key on any marketing campaign is to clearly locate your target market and approach them the way they actually go to your business and buy ASAP. I think your best option is to go online, build a nicely designed site and promote it to create brand awareness. That would be cheap, so then you can focus on investing some money on some direct marketing actions.
