I have an unpaid intern who just left to get a paid job. This intern left rather quickly, yet I'm wondering how I would've kept him. He kept saying, "I have student loans," and I need a job. I would like to find a true blue unpaid intern, who loves what they do, and will work hard, regardless of pay. How can I find somebody like this, and do they exist?
