Being a good entrepreneur is not only about selling at a good price anymore. How interact with a person that walks into your business, pays more than just having the best prices in town.

I'm not saying that this doesn't help, but it's a combination of both. Would you choose a good customer service and attention over an incredible good price?. I need some direction to start this marketing strategy on my business.

Thank you all

Using something that I love to call logic (of course mine), when I walk into a store, I like to be treated in a good way, politely, and that employees make me feel like there's no one else buying but me in that moment.

Usually, when a client is treated in a phenomenal way, is more likely to come back, despite of the prices. Because good prices you can find anywhere, but outstanding employees are not so common. If you like to implement this as a marketing strategy, perform a very deep research on how maintaining the low prices or not increasing a products cost when it's required is going to affect your profits.

There's no reason why you can't have both of them: good prices and besides a good customers attention. Unless you have over the top prices and that's why you asking this question, be sure to able to provide those two things together.
