Where do you stop when providing info about your business? I've heard people say that too much is never good, and that excess of information can make them start loosing their trust about a business service or product, or even the business itself. What's the ideal information you must provide to a client or user (in case of a website)?.

Thanks beforehand

Never heard the saying: “Too good to be true”? Well that's what people apply to the information. When you provide too much information, people start to think you might be lying and that you're adding data because the product is not good enough.

Provide the necessary information about a service or product. What would you like to know if you were the client and the clients were the company?. Well, that's what you need to say about your services or items.

Hope it helps
