I would like to learn more about these three management disciplines and how those could improve a business according to its needs. Can you provide examples of companies that would need a Program manager, a Project manager, a Product manager or the three of them? Any other resources or additional information will be grateful.

As far as I know, the program manager is the one leading the whole process. Then, in the second place it comes the project manager, which his/her tasks are derived from the creation of the programs. The product manager is the one who decides which features are applied to the product resulted from the programs and projects previusly structured.
