I´m looking for advices and tips on how to start conversations on social and professional networks like LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter or Facebook in order to send an attractive first message that cause interest on the receiver and we can start a conversation about business.

The main purpose is to reach potential partners for starting a new project.

What would you suggest? What should be my approach like?

I have one advice that may help you out starting conversations fast. Follow this steps:

  • Use advanced searching options on those networks to find the right people for your business.
  • Once you find them, start adding them to your network.
  • In your adding application you can always send a short message. Use this and write the first name of the person you´re adding and write down why you´re adding him/her.
  • If he/she is interested, will accept your invitation and you would directly start a conversation.
