Not really sure if it's necessary to get into the hassle (and cost) of incorporating at this very early stage. I'd like to see some action, revenue, activity going on before going to lawyers, etc. What's your personal experience, how did you deal with it?

Personally, I wouldn't incorporate until absolutely necessary. Preferably not until the app is complete and going to public beta. |
