It depends on what your service is,you need to put your key features on it,and find good catchy headlines on it,try to have short text showing how you solve particular customers needs. If flyer is bigger or two sides,than you can use to put recommendations from past customers,or more detailed info about your offerings. Flyers can be catchy or slick looking but its your choice,the key is to balance visual elements that counts most,if you offer some coupons make that coupon stand out so they can see it immediately,if you offer something for free than state it because people love when something is free:) Hope it helps!
