I'm in need of some ideas to increase my retail sales.

Waiting for some suggestions.

Well, I think you have to offer quality products, get a qualified group of employees in the front line, employees that have full knowledge of the products they are offering, you could also do some marketing in your area so as to get more costumers.

Try and map out some kind of a promotion, something like a "buy 2 and pay one" sort of thing.

Other think you can do is promote different products every week, if you have a reward card you can use it as a discount card. Create a nice weekly sale newspaper to promote the specific products. Decorate the store with big signs every week. Try to have nice music playing in the store, that can help too. Good luck.
