I have a group of highly skilled IT professionals in Belarus. I wonder how can I find small companies that need to have custom made software and cannot afford to have a local group of IT professionals and willing to outsource?

Have you tried registering your business as a service provider on marketplaces like Odesk, Guru.com and Elance? Hope it helps!
