I work at a company and got robbed during my shift, i didn't get physically injured but I suffered emotionally after the event and so, I missed work some days. Should they pay me those missing days?

I don't know if they MUST pay you, maybe they "should", you have to get legal assistance from an attorney, the thing is that it will cost you much more money than what the company may pay you for those missing days.

Contact your company's H.R. Department too.

The company is not obligated to pay you anything unless you get physically injured but maybe you should try to get some counseling.
