We're launching a new way to leave small tips on blogs-

A blog adds a link to a payment window. Readers can then choose how much they want to pay out. Simple payments tailored specifically for blogs.

What are some ways to get a wider audience, specifically bloggers to adapt the system?

You could start some kind of affiliate program and then promote your system in partnership with the various blogs / websites / forums that provide training and support to the blogging community.

Your proposition would also be attractive to anyone who has a PayPal "donate" button on their website (for example the thousands of software developers who run open source projects). You could easily contact these people via sites like CodePlex and SourceForge.

The point of paying first through the site is for quick payments on blogs. Once funded, a reader can pay in a few clicks, without needing to revalidate payment info everytime. The benefit they get is convenience for the user, and lower fees for blog publishers.

Let me see if I got you clear here. Do you want more people to enter the site to pay cash? What would they get by doing that? If I got you wrong, try to be more specific so as to get better answers.
