use Google Webmaster and verify your site; it will give TONS of information as far as how Google search engine is looking at your site.

Google 'how to use google webmaster tools' to learn more..

Well it's not so hard, first you have to search your company website on google, then in the results below the blue link you will see a "cached" link, you must click on that link and it will take you to the google cached version of that page, then at the top of the page you will see the date that Google last took a cached snapshot of that page, that is the same date google last crawled that site.

Use the Google Web Master Toolkit at (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=en) Once you have verified you site it will tell you when your site was last index and will also give you some information about the issues the indexing software came across which you can resolve.

I particularly like the "Top Search Queries" report that the Webmaster toolkit gives you, it is essential information and will enable you to increase your SEO.
