I am an Information Technology professional with specialization on business analysis. I want to put a website up to start promoting my services to different sectors. I am struggling with the content of the website and marketing strategy. This is not a big operation just a small website to offer my services in a professional way.

Where can I find a marketing contractor and/or website content creator which will help me with the general idea explained above?

I use freelancer sites for technical stuff since I am technical savvy myself, thus letting me control the flow of the contract. For Marketing or Website content I will rely on the freelancer, that is why I am hesitant of using a freelancing website.
