Looking for customized, scalable ESN,ESC, platforms with cloud, social mobile built in. ESN/ESC -Enterprise Social network, collaboration.

Can customized ESN be used without company websites?. I am looking to by pass website development and use ESN to link my customers, their suppliers and all the players in the supply chain.
