Let’s contact some investors!

Now that we know what we’re going to write in our outreach email, let’s get our systems in place for sending out emails and tracking our process.

We’ll need to get 3 things in place:

  • Investor CRM. We’ll setup a simple spreadsheet to manage all of our activity.
  • Outreach Tracking. Optionally we can use email “open” tracking software.
  • 2 pitch decks. We’ll create an email pitch deck and a presentation pitch deck.

Setting all this up shouldn’t take much time but it will save us a ton of time as we start to send out dozens of outbound emails and try to manage the responses.
