If you’ve followed the previous Course Finding Investors you’ll have setup our initial spreadsheet to track our investor activity. We’re calling this a “CRM” (Customer Relationship Management) system but really it’s just a simple spreadsheet!
We’re going to add 4 fields to this spreadsheet:
While the previous information was about cataloging each investor prospect, this section is about giving us a simple method to manage outbound communications.
Adding this to a shared spreadsheet is also useful if we intend on breaking up the outreach amongst our team members so that everyone understands what the last conversation has been.
