Every entrepreneur and executive needs to do this, and on a monthly basis. I am president of a 4+ year old company, and I have a business coach that is also a lawyer (I need that type of sounding board). As a lawyer, he certainly pays close attention and pushes me at every meeting. And we never end a meeting without scheduling our next session. I met him through a group called The Alternative Board.
