I have hustle and motivation to find a job, but every time I get a job I lose it due to anxiety. What is your advice?

Hello! Thank you for your question. In simple terms: Your unconscious expectations, your self-set boundaries and your self image cause the result to stay the same in different jobs / circumstances. You have been given some book recommendations prior to my answer. However: What should really brake the ice and give you a practical approach with true results is "psycho-cybernetics" I hope for you to find your path! If you ever want to express your experiences and challenges in detail - I will gladly listen and we will find a solution together. Yours, Max

Blogging

How can I start writing a blogpost?

Hello! Thank you for your question. Please allow me to be very frank... There is basically two ways to approach this: 1. Build a "clickbait" and SEO ruled blog and cramp it up with affiliate links, adSense and popups. Oh and dont forget your obligatory "get my free ebook - CTA" (medium time invest - potentially rather small revenue) 2. Be pacient. Be authentic. Provide real value from your personal experience. This is the longer shot. However if you concentrate only on "highest value content that actually helps others" and "growing a thankful tribe" you will be able to monetize your blog later on much better. (longer time invest - potentially full income and more) If you want to make some "cheap" and "fast" cash you should consider the first option or look for another solution to make money online (as there are better ways). If you actually want to build a sustainable business that actually provides value - please choose the second path. If you ever have any question or you wish for more input / support on how to grow a blog, Im looking forward to talk to you in more detail. Keep up the hustle! Yours, Max

Hello! Thank you for your question. A fairly good tool is "Streak" which is a google chrome extension. However if you want a strong CRM to grow with you without having high starting cost you really should consider Pipedrive. If you ever have any question or need help setting up processes for your most efficient CRM, Im looking forward to talk to you in more detail. Keep up the hustle! Yours, Max

Job search

I'm jobless and out of money and I have tried a lot of jobs. How can I make money from the internet?

Hello! Thank you for your question. I assume that what you need is a fast solution (less research, skill building, web or product development) you can access right now. Therefore the easiest way is to create a free sellers account on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer.com and alike. Depending on your experience and current skill set you can offer a small "job". If you have no idea on what you could offer - simply browse those platforms to get inspired and get an idea on what the price tags usually are and how the successful "players" promote themselfes. If you ever have any question or want to know how to exactly leverage those platforms fast, Im looking forward to talk to you in more detail. Keep up the hustle! Yours, Max

Sales Process

What are the best practices in recruiting an outsource or CPG sales representative?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As you have stated that you are starting small it does make sense to recruit student / interns. They do cost less in sum then an outsorcing partner or a regular sales employee. Also they will usually stay for around 3 month. That means that you can get more people bringing input to the table in a shorter period of time with lesser risk of choosing the wrong talent. Often start ups convert the highest performing interns into regular employees. On the flip side it is very important to hire for character and soft skills only and train your interns quickly and effectively on how to sell (or have them trained). Though there is tons of valuable material available for free online. I hope this has given you an alternative approach. If you ever have any question or want to elevate your sales the next level, Im looking forward to talk to you in more detail. Keep up the hustle! Yours, Max

Sales

How to push sales to retailers while I work full time?

Max Koester

Hello! Thank you for your question. Back in the days I have experienced similar challenges. Here are some approaches that have helped me: 1. Create valuable content around your target group especially giving advise on how to solve the problem your service is dedicated towards. Create a Blog, a facebook group and other content based accounts using channels that most probably will be used by your targets. Creating content consumes time and is a long term game but is extremely helpful in building trust and “free” organic traffic. 2. Find a partner instead of a sales person. The benefit of having somebody at your side who is a real partner instead of a disconnected commission based seller is that a partner will grind as much as you do for the project to grow. For example you can offer a young ambitious student the option of “virtual shares” + commission + “co-founder-badge”. 3. Rethink your mailing strategy and rebuild your cold mail content. Most important is having a strong set of emails that serve the most important aspects of human behavior. Also you don’t just want to send one email. Instead send a series of logically connected emails which you will regularly update / change for a/b-testing. There is tons of free content about effective cold mails on the internet. Apart from those activities it important for you to guide yourself through this early stage with courage and believe in your growing skills. If you ever have any question or want to elevate to the next level, Im looking forward to talk to you in more detail. Keep up the hustle! Yours, Max
