In a 40+-year career in technology sales (IBM, Apple, Software, SaaS, Services) I was never able to find a CRM/Sales Automation system that amounted to much more than a glorified Rolodex. So when Salesforce opened an API to allow ISVs to write HTML5/Javascript apps to interact directly within the Salesforce engine, I created the Express Console. It appears as a "native" tab in Salesforce, and offers a "modern" streamlined approach to Opportunity Management. It is available on the Salesforce AppExchange store.

On the personal side, I've lived in Fairfield County, CT for most of my life, and raised a son who is now 26 years old. I enjoy golf, racquet sports, and travel.
