Scott has participated on startup teams in which four have won first place in SkillsUSA and Techstars Startup Weekend business competitions for California and in the Sacramento Valley Region. He is considered one of the top skilled technology workers and trainers in the state of California and rated a Top 100 Angel Investor in 2021 by Republic.co. He has helped female inventors become top female inventors in the U.S. for decades. Scott’s been covered and helped innovators land coverage in over 74 industry trade magazines, through the Modesto Bee, The Stockton Record newspapers, and on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Scott has been trained in three Entrepreneurship Bootcamps including U.C. Davis, U.C. Merced, and Sustainable Development at U.O.P. He has also been a part of the Magnetic Marketing program for years and participates Startups.com Playbooks. Scott is an expert in project management, business model generation, value proposition design, and design thinking. Scott holds two Bachelors of Science degrees in Business Administration with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of the Pacific, and in Vocational Education from California State University Sacramento.
