Founder & CEO
Frank is the founder of Maavee, a "population wellness" platform that is creating the health and well-being economy in which humans build wealth by being well. Frank started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he focused on product lifecycle management and commercialization in the life sciences industry for companies such as Astra-Merck, AstraZeneca and Amgen. In 1999, he “caught the internet wave” at SaaS companies at the forefront of their fields including more.com (retail pharmacy) and DigitalThink (learning). In 2005, Frank joined Cornerstone OnDemand as one of the original executive team members. During his tenure, he architected the company’s innovative retention and growth capabilities, launched and led its international businesses in Israel and Asia-Pacific across seven countries, and finally served as Chief Customer Officer. Over the 13 years that Frank called Cornerstone home, the company grew from $250,000 to just shy of $500 million in annual recurring revenue with a successful IPO in March 2011. Before starting Maavee, Frank served as the Chief Business Officer for Thrive Global, founded by Arianna Huffington, where he led the pivot from a media and content company to a technology company.
Los Angeles is home, however Frank spends about half of his time outside of the U.S.A. being a global citizen and has lived on four continents including Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Rio de Janeiro, Healdsburg, and Antibes.

Maavee solving a VERY meaty problem: capturing the massive economic leakage from the disconnected systems that attempt to keep humans well. This leakage comes from the well-intended spending by employers, consumer brands and solution providers, payors (both health and life insurance), and soon to be government, among others. Wellness, or the good behavior and habits that delay or prevent chronic conditions, is a consumer proposition that has amassed a $5.7T global industry ($1.9 in the US) because we have taken our well-being into our own hands and do not rely on healthcare, employers, and others to keep us well. Maavee unifies these massive stakeholder groups into a single n-sided market network, captures a portion of their economic energy, and directs it into a new way to experience the pursuit of well-being. We bridge the Web2 and Web3 worlds. Maave for human behavior what solar is for the electric utility. Rather than purchasing electricity from the utility, we can now install solar panels, create electricity, and sell the excess back to the grid. Maavee is creating a market that allows humans to sell “behavior” to the stakeholders that want us to be healthy and productive. Said differently, Maavee allows humans to monetize behavior-as-an asset that will increase in value over time along with network participation and utility. The experience is a consumer-first, human-centered, platform of platforms – not another portal from your employer or health plan – that serves as your wellness hub and is fueled by trusted media and content to educate and inspire, community for connection and support, a hyper-curated wellness marketplace of the the very best wellness brands on the planet (YES), features to engage and nudge along the way, and most importantly, a behavior-outcome-reward market that allows stakeholder to purchase (reward) your good behavior. No longer is it cliché to say health is wealth – it’s quite literally the truth! Currently, Maavee is generally available, generating revenue, yet has only realized approximately 3% of its full vision.
