Anne Clements is an award-winning TV and feature film producer, Co-Founder/Co-CEO of Art & Rev, a canned cocktail and spirits brand and shareholder in Earl Giles, a distillery, flavor house, beverage co-packer, bar & restaurant located in the Minneapolis Arts District.
For the past 20 years she has been navigating entertainment tax codes, regulatory compliance & labor laws in 4 countries, 20 states and Puerto Rico. She has produced over 50 feature films, documentaries and TV series combined that have won her numerous awards including Sundance, Spirit Awards, and an Emmy.
After two many events with unpalatable canned cocktails, Anne saw a white space in the market and turned her focus to creating a high quality alternative. In January 2024, Art & Rev launched with four canned cocktails through online sales to 40 states and in the midwest. The brand is currently in Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire and just started to roll out into California, Florida and Illinois. All four drinks won awards at the 2024 San Francisco Ready To Drink Competition
The name is a play on “A&R”—a music industry term for “Artists & Repertoire,” a division who searches out and develops the most cutting edge new music acts. Art & Rev's vision is to become the leading lifestyle brand of premium craft cocktails by elevating the consumer experience and redefining the category through a portfolio of diverse and unique tastemakers.
The company and its investors are also shareholders in Earl Giles which gives them a strategic edge over most independent brands. Through the partnership with Earl Giles, A & R has been developing cocktail and mocktail lines for other parties including celebrities. These will be released under the A & R name or under new brands that A & R will have a stake in. The first celebrity line will launch in the Spring 2025 to coincide with the talent's book tour.
On the feature/TV side Anne has the series "Neon" on Netflix, "BMF" on Starz and the movies THE KILL ROOM , AS THEY MADE US and CHICK FIGHT airing on various streamers including Amazon. She is currently in post-production on three feature films and developing several others including a sequel and series of CHICK FIGHT.
She is a member of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Art & Rev is a canned cocktail and multimedia company. We combined our love and background in art and music and our love for great tasting cocktails. Our mission is to bring premium drinks and experiences to the fastest growing segment in alcohol, the ready-to-drink market, where this is currently a larger focus on convenience over flavor and quality. We have been preparing for the premiumization movement in RTD's. Our drinks are high ABV (9.5%-13.5%) and made with only premium spirits and high-quality ingredients. Each 12 oz can is the equivalent of 2 cocktails. While many competitors promote that they use real juice, we stay away from sugary juice. Our flavors come from an immense line of extracts and elixirs that our partners have created or sourced. Coming from the entertainment world, the founders are in a unique position to capitalize on the events market, which is much more profitable than a standard retail strategy. We will also be promoting artists using short-form branded content that can be developed and sold as long-form content. We just launched distribution in the Midwest and will roll out from there. We have also been approved to sell online and planning that launch by end of January. A & R is also a play on the music industry term "Artists & Repertoire"; much like how A&R representatives search out the most cutting edge new musical acts, Art & Rev was created with today’s tastemakers in mind.
