I am an ICF executive/performance coach, board facilitator and angel investor currently living in Shanghai. I spent the past years working with executives and teams at the C-level of multinational companies. Two years ago I was invited to join a startup -D3A Investments- as a performance coach/board facilitator. I realised how much more rewarding to me it is to work with founders and people who want to grow, change and take action. I made recently a business decision to spend all my time with founders, supporting them on their journey with all the expertise and experience I learned. I am would love to join a founders' group - I suppose that next to their need for developing a product, funding etc., some of the topics are also about self-management and self-care, team management, internal politics etc. Let me know if you see a purpose in combining my work with your founders. If you ask what is in it for me since I am not a founder? I want to learn and hear from founders, what are their challenges, what is bothering them, what wakes them up at night and what help they need.
