After having a good career in business, textile, and chemistry have Founded my final business which is based on helping the planet from the destructive impact of Cellulosic Textile Dyeing. The scope of this business is unlimited, and we are beginning to solve the impact caused by the dyeing of Cellulosic Knit Textiles. We use a fairly well-known chemistry, but to date has not been successful in Cellulosic Textile Dyeing. This was due to companies with technology that were not good, technology directors who did not know the science well and were copycats.
Our team is of technology team are partners, and the best globally. My greatest strength is my vision and how to steer the company to adjust to market changes. Our chemistry was refitted for Circularity which is the buzzword of the industry, We do not look to make rocket science new machinery that costs X million, but to work with the existing textile dye plants as they currently stand and offer them a cheap solution to make their entire facility Circular which is no waste. We design to recycle all the effluent, move them to biological chemistry, and eliminate their total impact on our environment. Water is recycled 100%, no solid waste, no freshwater pollution, and GHG emission is reduced by 50% so solar panels can take care of the other 50%. The experience is very good, the add-ons are all plug-and-play. They save a decent amount of money in reduced processing costs, all with the same plant, now producing 33% more due to our technology and everything is user-friendly. We are the only practical, transformative solution that makes an impact immediately.
With almost zero Capex and excellent collaborators in fields where our expertise might not be the best, we have made deals with the best.
This will be the largest company I have built and the most profitable. My prior larger was US 250 million per year and this business we have projected to reach 1 billion by 2034 and that is just in Cellulosic Knit textiles. There is garment dye, wovens, towels, and denim which we will expand into also.
We have pilot-tested for 2 years in knit and the entire system is ready for bulk production. We have created a starter system, which is the first step. It is a complete system that integrates and makes 3000 kilos of dyeing machinery circular producing 10 tons per day of dyed fabric. After running that system and experiencing its easy and great experience, the dyeing plant can expand in multiples of 10 tons per day. Our average client produces 30-80 tons per day.
I am a builder, not a destroyer and I want to leave improving this industry as my background and my selection of employees and partners will help us scale very quickly.
I do not want to be the CEO forever, but for at least 5 years, surrounded by an excellent team of executives to ensure a smooth lift-off into profitability by year 3. Then I plan to move into Chairman and let a younger talented person take the helm.
