Ryan Fitzgibbons is an executive leader and innovator with a career spanning professional soccer, nonprofit management, and entrepreneurship. Born just outside of Boston and raised in Ireland, Ryan’s journey to leadership began on the soccer field, where his passion for community service and philanthropy took root. After transitioning from a successful soccer career, he entered the hospitality industry, quickly advancing to the role of General Manager before moving into nonprofit leadership roles.

As CEO/Executive Director of Holy Family Home and Shelter, Ryan spearheaded transformative initiatives that revitalized the organization, demonstrating his exceptional strategic planning and fundraising capabilities. His previous roles include; Chief Operating Officer at HumanKind Wichita, Executive Director & Chief Strategy Officer at the Greater Wichita YMCA, and President/COO at the Hanover Area YMCA. The turnaround of HFHS was recognized by the State of CT Dept of Housing & HUD, solidifying his reputation for driving operational excellence and community impact. Notably, his leadership and oversight in converting a derelict hotel into permanent housing in Wichita as the COO of HumanKind Wichita showcased his ability to navigate complex projects while fostering community and government partnerships.

In 2022, Ryan founded Loomin Solutions, a consultancy specializing in strategic planning and growth for nonprofit organizations. His work reflects a profound commitment to leadership that not only achieves business success but also makes a meaningful difference in communities worldwide.
