Funny I actually started a project *JUST FOR THIS PURPOSE* called AppDea.net. It got overloaded and crashed my server so the database is currently down, but I am moving it over to a telesc.pe install right now and will let you know as soon as it is back up.

Maybe you should start your own blog to do so, and then solicit others to throw in their ideas as well?

You could sell ads and donate the proceeds to a charity that helps people to start businesses. I know of a few if you are interested; in fact, all of the proceeds from my calls are donated to the Prison Entrepreneurship Program.
