Travel Planning

Is there a service online that can help me figure out what legal disclosures/releases I need for my startup travel website?

I am starting a travel company that will arrange for a group trip overseas, although I will not be involved in the purchase of flights. I do not know what documents I need as far as liability waivers, TOS, etc. to get up and running while protecting myself and my clients. Is there a resource out there where I can learn about what I need and source those documents?

Hello!

Check out Shake, they have an app with a ton of free contract and terms templates. They're great with startups, so I'm guessing if they can't help you out they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Cheers!

I have a few colleagues that are in the space and I would be happy to arrange for you to speak with them. Additionally, there are several legal services on the Internet that you can specify your industry and your needs and they will match you with attorneys who will be able to further assist you.
