Lead Generation

What are some resources for building a lead gen strategy for an investment club for accredited investors?

We're a private company investing platform and have been considering a premium membership option for a certain type of accredited investor. I have good sales experience, but have little experience doing lead gen. I'm trying to get my head wrapped around building a lead gen program without hiring a full time sales rep (not in the budget). Looking for resources and people to have calls with that have experience with this.

I can't get you there, since lead gen isn't a service I myself offer; but I can point you in the right direction. Much of my work involves looking at online search traffic patterns and putting myself in the shoes of various kinds of corporate clients / customer demographics. Brainstorming should be productive.

Lead generation is day to day part of not only my personal business, but also for my clients.

The first step is identifying your target audience. Not simply that they are accredited investors, but more importantly their motivations. It is from this point that your funded proposal can be created.

The funded proposal will offer information, solutions, tips, etc... in exchange for their contact information.

When you schedule your call with me, we can discuss what that offer would like like and how to deploy your lead generation strategy across a diversity of channels.

Building a Personal Brand + Making Money Online

Facebook Ads would be where I would start. You can get extremely targeted with your ad exposure and it is quite cost effective. I'm assuming your Investment Club would have a one-time or annual cost. What you would want to do is create an asset (content) that would appeal to your target demographic and create an automated nurture campaign to introduce them to and enroll them into your Investment Club. Set up the automated funnel, start spending $20-$30/day on Facebook ads for 2-weeks to test the funnel, tweak & optimize, and once you're generating an ROI (ie: put $1 in get $2 out) you can scale up your ad spend and spend a couple hundred per day. That is about as close as you can come to printing money. Hope this info helps! Happy to elaborate or explain further.
