Funding
I have built a Mobile App prototype, its a global play, My strengths are in the creative side and seeing the opportunity but I feel I am too close to the product and know I am not the best at presenting it for funding. I need funding now to build a MVP. I would like to find someone who has a track record in putting together a pitch deck and knows what it takes and is comfortable pitching to raise 500K - 1 million and/or also interested in potentially being a co founder, is there anyone out there like that??

As you've proposed, if you're willing to give that person a C-Title or equity it's probably doable. However, an investor could perceive your reluctance to pitch as (a) an inability to sell or (b) a lack of passion, or (c) a lack of ability to push through in areas where you're not comfortable. All of those perceptions, as unfair as they might seem, reduce the likelihood of them investing. I would suggest that you take a training on high-stakes presentations from a company like www.distinction-services.com where you are coached (with video) to learn how to present and make an audience feel comfortable.

There are plenty of pitch coaches on here, so if you wanted to learn for yourself - I am sure you could. However, easing dollars is more about the grind of contacting investors more so than it is giving the pitch. Don't get me wrong, your pitch needs to be great but more than half the battle is getting a meeting.
If I were you, I would find a co-founder who has a great amount of sales experience and isn't afraid to cold call people. Then, I would hire a pitch coach off of clarity like Tyler Crowley or myself. Tyler is the godfather of pitch coaches (in my opinion).

Names, Domains, Sentences and Strategies
I have zero experience handling investors, since I'm too busy bootstrapping my own startups to spend time currying favor with that crowd.
However, I have years of experience selling ideas and pitching concepts to decision makers – sometimes quite technical concepts.
Branding your app begins with the name and the verbiage in its presentation – whether that's a pitch deck for investors or a landing page for consumers.
So if you'd like help crafting your brand's verbal identity, giving it the words it can leverage to make its case, then that's something I'm qualified to do.

Interesting question. My first reaction is to advise you to learn how to pitch. Pitching to investors requires skills that you will need to run your business. Formulating a story, presenting in front of audience, selling your story. You'll need to do this when you are pitching to potential clients, managing staff, enticing partners etc. If you dont believe you have the skill to do this then you may need someone to fill that position. However that position may need to be CEO.
I've had plenty of experience coaching pitching to investors, clients, partners, staff and its all about focusing on what is important to the audience you are presenting to, creating a story and presenting confidently (ie practice, practice, practice). It is a skill that can be taught but some will take longer than others to learn so you may just need to persevere.
