I'm looking to make a substantial income without hiring single employee? I am ok with freelancers but not with employees. If yes, what are those businesses?

Absolutely! In fact, this is where many solopreneurs "max out".
With the Internet, as long as you have a flow of traffic of interested prospects, you can keep converting and selling, right? There's no limit at the scale an individual can operate on to that flow.
As a consultant, if that's what you choose, you need to move beyond "trading time for dollars" as soon as possible. Staying stuck in that mindset is how most consultants hamstring their revenue.
Key ideas:
> work with high ticket industries so you can charge high fees in line with the value you are creating
> get your own products (courses, physical goods) out there for sale ASAP
> always be looking to expand your distribution channels to expand your revenue sources.

I help you buy, sell, plan, value a business
Here are a few:
- Consulting
- Contracting (an expert service such as project management)
- Sales Agent
- Some types of brokers
What are you able to do very well and others would pay for? Most importantly, how good are you at sales? You'll only earn what you're worth if you can close.
Cheers

It's possible and really it's easy to start.
But it needs 2 main resources: your money or your time.
To earn immediately after the launch what you will have to make is a lead generation paid SEM plan.
To make it work you will need:
- a clever domain name
- a medium lenght optimized landing page
- an email funnel strategy
- a google adwors account, with a daily mantainance for your SEM strategy (this will be your main role)
If you have a 3-6 months time range to start to see the first client you will need:
- SEO optimized domain name
- SEO optimized long landing page
- A SEO optimized blog with a blog content strategy
- an active look on your social media channels to make them grow
- a daily backlink generation objective
Finding freelancers is the easieast part since everyone is looking for clients today.
Many professionals rely on projects like yours to receive leads and work for a smaller slice of the pie.

Um, what are you passionate about? What are your natural abilities and talents? What knowledge and skillsets have you developed to support a new business venture? What market need are you looking to address?
These elements are most critical in determining what type of business you wish to create. Because regardless of whether you have employees or use contractors, those are the things that are going to push you through to daybreak when it’s 2:00am and you have a huge presentation in seven hours.
Otherwise, if you’re in the U.S., be cognizant of IRS rules about employees and contractors – many good businesses have been tripped up on this issue and struggled with the resulting tax burden.
Good luck and let me know if you need more assistance.
