CRM

I am in the market for a CRM solution for a small business (1-5 users) - looking for advice on which CRM will best suit the needs.

My "sales funnel" is wide at the bottom (1000s of companies), and narrow at the top (looking for 1 company). Overall sales cycle is ~2 years. Criteria important to me include - ease of use, reasonably priced (<$100/user/month), good lead management, performance tracking, email campaigns/integration, customizability, and collaboration capabilities

I have been very impressed with Hubspot’s CRM — $50 per month, per user.

Entrepreneur. Sales. Marketing. Hustle. Period.

Hello!

Thank you for your question.

A fairly good tool is "Streak" which is a google chrome extension.

However if you want a strong CRM to grow with you without having high starting cost you really should consider Pipedrive.

If you ever have any question or need help setting up processes for your most efficient CRM, Im looking forward to talk to you in more detail.

Keep up the hustle!

Yours,
Max

I've been using Zoho's suite of products for over 15 years (before they were called Zoho). They offer a CRM which is very good, has many integrations similar to other CRMs, is very customizable, and has many functions which can be automated (lead generation, campaigns, etc.).

Zoho offers a package of over 40 apps for $360/year per user which includes Zoho CRM and many other useful apps (Mail, Books for accounting, online chat, etc.). Worth looking into, especially if you will use the other apps that Zoho offers.

Cheers!

If you are serious about CRM (and your business), Salesforce is what you should choose. Here is why:

- Ease of Use: Salesforce's new Lightning interface is easy to use from an end-user perspective. The interface is highly customizable to align with your business. Plus, Salesforce has a powerful mobile app that allows you to make changes on the go.

- Reasonably Priced: Salesforce Lightning Professional is $75 per user per month, which falls within your budget. That said, you will need to pay a bit extra to enable APIs if you truly need integration capabilities.

- Customization: Salesforce is an extremely flexible tool; you can do nearly anything you want to do on the Salesforce platform. Still, you should leverage a Salesforce consultant to get everything set up for you. If you do not know what you are doing, you can paint yourself into a corner rather quickly.

- Collaboration: Chatter is essentially a social media platform inside Salesforce that lets you collaborate on any record in the system (e.g., leads, accounts, opportunities, etc.).

When purchasing a CRM solution, think long-term. Also, think in terms of scale. Yes, you could use a cheaper CRM. But those CRM solutions are often nothing more than glorified spreadsheets.

In the end, the question you should be asking, "What will I get for my money?" You will get the most for your money by choosing Salesforce as your CRM platform.

As per the other comments - Hubspot or Zoho. Insightly is also an option and plugs into Google and Microsoft. Its free for a few users and you can upgrade depending on the modules you need. Pricing starts at $29 per month for basic up to enterprise level. Dashboard is pretty user friendly too.
