I think you asked a similar question already. My advice is the same:

Use a service like https://www.canva.com/ If you find that it doesn't suit your needs, consider a more powerful application like the Adobe suite.

There are some really great templates on postermywall and I also use Canva for designs. I recommend checking both.

You can certainly use word, powerpoint, but I like using free google sheets for this. Just change the orientation to vertical and 8.5x11.
