Small Business
One of the companies provides business services, such as consulting, digital marketing, startup consultations and assistance, etc The other one offers IT services, including remote tech support, computer repair, troubleshooting, networks, upgrades etc. These IT services are available to buses So I was thinking of offering the IT services to other companies in addition to the business services. I'd like to know what people think about that. If anyone has experience with a similar matter that would be fantastic. I appreciate any advice, and of course any time you put in to helping out with your insights. Thank you all. Andrew

Knowledge never looked so good
If you don't currently have an LLC for the business performing IT services, you could create a DBA (Doing Business As) and offer those IT services under the first business you mentioned. One business can have many DBA's which is good for promoting services as if it is it's own business. By using DBA's you don't have to file separate taxes for them either! Another option is you could create an umbrella company, which is something I did. If you see yourself offering even more services in the future, this may be a good idea. I would need to know more information about how your businesses are operating to know if an umbrella company would be a good option. Hopefully this helps, if you need further assistance you can schedule a call and we can go into more detail about all of your options!

Let me tell you a story It happened one day that a person was confused between two things, so he sat thinking with himself about the priorities in his life With that in mind, he thought: Does he need a wider circle of relations, or does he need a higher salary, or does he need to do his own job beside a stable job? From my point of view, always choose the place you feel that you own and give you one of the things you need based on your priorities. In addition to working hard to start thinking in the field of private work Trading sometimes takes risks

It's a wonderful an idea and that practice has many names: "leveraging assets", "cross integration", "economies of scale".
