Looking for legal tax and insurance expert for renting a primary residence in California

Primary single family home residence in high fire danger zone insured by CA Fair Plan that we want to rent out for a few months. We will move back in after a few months. Trying to understand Insurance - do we need to switch to non owner occupied? What extra coverages may we need to deal with having tenants Don’t want our fire coverage cancelled. If the insurande company has to do a rewrite, can they cancel? Legal and Tax- do an llc? What do we expense or not When we move back in I work from home. Can I take advantage of Augusta rule and rent to myself? Or just part of it?
