Interesting topic. At first I didn't really know how to organize my own hours when starting flipsetter, and I've asked many successful business owners how you manage your time, and organize it in the usual categories: work, pleasure, social and family
A good friend of mine has a Ph.D. from Princeton University, and he quotes a doctor who talks about how life can be good or bad whether stressed or not based off what you do. "5 hours a day of doing something that you absolutely hate is more stressful than 14 hours of doing something that you absolutely love." Whether they are long or short hours, you define your happiness based off what you do.
