The energy we have to spend in dealing with T'Emp's is fatal for a Startup.
There is this issue of "passive toxicity" in line with "passive aggressive" behavior.
I am not sure if the term or usage Passive Tox... exists but I feel my ecosystem here is plagued with it.
Its like if I don;t get what I want I am going to resort to Passive Toxic behavior.
Okay ... so what DO YOU WANT? ... I don't know!!!?
