Yes, you should absolutely get one, nothing contributes to poor health and weight gain like 8+ hours of sedentary desk work, in fact I’d recommend going a step further and buying an underdesk treadmill. I mentioned that I’m a sales professional, I’ve done both cold-calling as well as door-to-door sales, both have their pros and cons but one thing that I really appreciated about knocking was that it was very active work, walking really helped keep me in shape and kept my energy levels up.
