Feeling burned out is a natural feeling...whether you own a business or work for someone it's natural to feel worn out. It's no different than the concept of energy. We feel energetic, burn our energy and calories and then we get worn out. But, worn out in the sense that we just need some time to ourselves is more of a personal / emotional situation that only we need to relieve ourselves of. That's why there's meditation, the gym, stress classes, therapy, etc. There is no shame in it and is actually quite advisable. There are tons of research articles that support it. How do I see it coming? It's something that I would just feel. You can't anticipate it. My advise though is that if you feel it, accept it by taking a break. You do yourself no favors suppressing a burn and reinforcing unneeded energy that your body won't accept. Kinda like a battery that isn't rechargeable by design, but you try to recharge it anyone. It will implode...
