Been self employed since 1999, owned and operated legacy businesses (non-tech) have had these problems with a few employees, a business coach (LMI) helped me understand some of these issues. I purchased one of my businesses with an SBA loan came with cash flow and employees, this one was really tough. This time around i am starting a mission driven business from scratch. I am sure i will run into all the problems you all speak about in the Podcast. Keep them coming
