Thank you this article has great value in it I have learned from. I have an Idea, which I have a Patent pending, I would like to supply around the world to potentially save lives, I cant say it does as it doesn't reach the regulations. I truly believe It will help a lot of swimmers. My problem is money I have spent so much already, As I was thinking big at the time, Now I will go down the route of licencing. Starting small was advised but It needs to go out in the world as soon as possible. ITs finding the suppliers to make them, and money to pay for them, To achieving my goals.
